Where Seams Meet

You may also notice some misalignment in your design where seams meet. Double sided pillows are great example of this possible variation. We have had customers in the past order double sided pillows with stripes on both sides and expect the stripes to continue perfectly front to back. Unfortunately this is not realistic. While our sewing team is trained to pay attention to the print when sewing the product, they sew with the wrong side of the fabric facing them and cannot see the print through the fabric. While they do visually align prints when they begin sewing a seam, we cannot guarantee alignment of prints all the way down the seams. There will almost always be some slipping and shifting. This applies to clothing products as well and can noticable on side seams (tank tops, crop tops, dresses) and the front and back seams on leggings.
