What integrations does Art of Where offer? How do I set up an integration? How does the payment work? How does shipping work with Shopify orders? Can I make a test order through Shopify? I offer products from different manufacturers, not just Art of Where. What happens when a Shopify or Big Cartel customer orders products made by you and another manufacturer at the same time? Setting up shipping

As we are drop shipping for you, we’ve added a shipping profile for each product, so when you sync an item from Art of Where to WooCommerce, the shipping cost also syncs. You may still edit the shipping cost for your customers if you’d like, but our base price remains the same and is what we will charge you in your Art of Where account.

Exception: WooCommerce does not currently allow us to sync multiple shipping profiles for items that may be charged different shipping prices based on size, such as wood prints and canvases. For these items we compensate for the shipping prices by adding the difference into the product price instead, while the base shipping cost itself remains the same. Because of this you will notice a difference in the product cost imported into WooCommerce and what is listed on Art of Where. Because of this exception, we suggest you do not reduce the cost of the wood prints or canvases or you may lose money on the shipping costs. If you have an integrated Etsy store with us, this is the same thing we had to do to work with the Etsy shipping set-up.
