Vijay Eswaran is a businessperson and writer. Besides is the CEO of QI, a company composed of multiple companies that deal with hospitality and retail selling and covers multiple countries across the globe. Vijay is also the chairperson of QI group. Vijay Eswaran went to the University of London while working doing several part-time jobs to finance his education; he later earned a degree in economics. He then went to the United States and worked with Corporate American Company for some years before moving to Asia Vijay Eswaran established direct selling networks in 1998 that he increased and became one of the most substantial markets leads in South and East of Asia. In his past 20 years, his system was been influential in empowering more than a million entrepreneurs around the globe as well as the prominent markets.

His passion for mentorship enabled him to start a rhythm of foundations working with marginalized communities in Asia as well as Africa. Vijay Eswaran also founded Quest international University in Malaysia and due to his accomplishments; he became a famous author and speaker on mindfulness, spiritual and leadership.

Vijay Eswaran had some challenges especially in establishing his career since he has no family to support him and no funding or connections. Therefore, no one believed that he would be successful. They faced the setbacks together, and he believed that he would not meet the challenges again in the future because he turned them into opportunities.
